  Can I check in for both my outbound and return flight?
 

Check in is only available within 24 hours of departure and no less than 90 minutes prior to departure.

You must go through the Online Flight Check-in process separately for each flight.

 
  Can I go back or restart once I'm finished with Online Check-in?
 

Once the Online Flight Check-in process has been completed, you cannot go back and restart the process or make changes. However, if you need to reprint your boarding pass you may do that online under manage your flights.

  Can I select or change my seat assignment while using Online Check-in?
 

If you have not received a seat assignment or would like to change your current assignment click the box labeled “assign/change seats.” In order to select your seat you must first check the box that corresponds with the customer you are assigning the seat to. Once the name has been selected click on the seat you desire. Once you have selected a seat for all customers on the reservation click “confirm seat(s)” under each Customer's name. Next, click “done, next step” at the bottom of the page. You have successfully assigned your seats.

Please keep in mind that you can check in online 24 hours in advance, but no less than 90 minutes prior to, your flight’s scheduled departure time.

 
  Can I still use Online Check-in if I bought my ticket through a travel agency?
 

You can use Online Flight Check-in if you know your departure city and 6-digit JetBlue confirmation number.

If you do not have this information, please check in with a JetBlue crewmember at the airport.

 
  Can I use Online Check-In if I am checking a second bag?
  Customers are eligible to use Online Flight Check-In if they are checking one bag. If you need to check a second bag, you will be required to check in at the airport ticket counter at which time payment will be collected for the second checked bag fee.
 
  Can I use Online Check-in if I am checking my baggage?
  You may check in online even if you have bags to check. During the check-in process you will be asked how many bags each customer is checking in. Upon arrival at the airport, you will need to take your bags to the designated bag drop location where the JetBlue crewmember will re-print your boarding pass with your bagtag numbers on it. You can then proceed to the security checkpoint.
 
  Do I have to be a TrueBlue Member to use Online Check-in?
 

You are not required to be a TrueBlue member to use Online Flight Check-in. If you are not a TrueBlue member, you will need your confirmation number and departure city to use Online Flight Check-in. However, TrueBlue members earn Award travel for traveling on JetBlue and do not need to know their booking confirmation number in order to use Online Flight Check-in.

 
  Eligibility for Online Check In
 

Online flight check-in is available if you have a confirmed reservation. You can check in online 24 hours in advance, but no less than 90 minutes prior to your flight’s scheduled departure time.

During the check in process you will be asked how many bags each customer is checking in. Your bagtag numbers will be printed on your boarding pass. Upon arrival at the airport, you will need to take your bags to the designated bag drop location. The JetBlue crewmember will print your bagtags and you may then proceed to the security checkpoint.

 
  How do I reprint my boarding pass online?
  Steps for reprinting your boarding pass online:
  • Ir a jetblue.com
  • Click on Manage your flights
  • Click on 'Go' under Get boarding pass
  • Click on the 'reprint' button
  • Click on 'Click here to start'
  • Choose the Departure City and enter your Confirmation Number
  • Click on 'reprint' button below
 
  How do I use Online Check-in?

  • Once you've entered the information requested to start the process, check to be sure your confirmation number is displayed correctly in the right-hand corner of the screen and select the button labeled "click here to start."
  • This will bring you to the customer selection screen. The boxes next to each name on the reservation will be checked by default. If you are not checking in all customers, click the box by their name to de-select them. Then click the green box labeled "next."
  • If you have already chosen your desired seat, you can select "next" and skip to the next step. If you have not received a seat assignment or would like to change your seats, click the box labeled "assign/change seats." To select your seat, you must first check the box that corresponds with the customer you are assigning the seat to, then click on the seat to be selected. Once you have selected a seat for everyone who is checking in, click "confirm seat(s)" under each customer's name. Then, select the green box labeled "done, next step" at the bottom of the page.
  • In the "bags to check" screen, click the box with the correct number of bags that each customer will be checking and select "next."
  • Read the hazardous materials questions very carefully and select the button at the bottom that corresponds with your answer. If you are not carrying hazardous materials you will be taken to the "complete check in" screen.
  • To confirm your check in, click the "check in" button. You will now be checked in and just need to print your boarding pass(es).
  • Select the box labeled "view boarding pass" in order to view your boarding pass. Print your boarding pass and pat yourself on the back. You have now successfully completed your online check in! When you get to the airport, just take your bags to the bag drop location to have your bagtags printed and you can then go to the security checkpoint. ¡Que tengas un excelente viaje!
 
  What are the benefits of Online Check-in?
 

Online Flight Check-in allows you to check in for JetBlue flights from your home or office computer, so that when you arrive at the airport you can go directly to the designated bag drop or security checkpoint and to your gate.

With Online Flight Check-in, you can also assign, confirm and change seat assignments before going to the airport.

The Online Flight Check-in process is simple, fast and secure.

 
  What do I do after I print my boarding pass?
 

After you have checked in online, bring your boarding documents with you to the airport. If you have bags to check proceed to the bag drop area. If you are not checking any bags you may proceed directly to the security checkpoint.

Each customer must have a boarding pass and government issued photo identification to pass through the security checkpoint.

As gate assignments are subject to change, please verify your flight’s gate assignment at the airport on the Flight Information Display monitors throughout the terminal.

 
  What do I do if I have troubles with Online Check-in?
 

If the system is unable to process your Online Flight Check-in request or you experience trouble printing your boarding documents, please check in with a JetBlue crewmember at the airport so they can print a copy of your boarding documents.

If you mistakenly enter incorrect information, you can abort the online flight check in process; however, after three times you will be locked out.

 
  What happens if I check in online, but cannot make my flight?
 

To avoid a no-show and forfeiting the value of your fare, please contact our Reservations team prior to your flight's scheduled departure.

Please note: Regular fees will apply to any change or cancellation made with our Reservation team.

 
  What if there are no seats available for me to select?
  If there are not any seats available to select when you check in for your flight, it doesn't mean that you won't have a seat. It simply means that the only seats left to assign must be assigned at the airport. Please check in with a JetBlue crewmember at the airport to receive your seat assignment.
 
  What should I do if I lose my boarding documents?
  If you lose your boarding documents, you may either check in with a JetBlue Crewmember at the airport for a new boarding pass, or you may go online at jetblue.com to "Manage your flights" to reprint your boarding pass.
 
  Who is not eligible to use Online Check-in?
  If you meet any of the following criteria, you will not be able to check in online and will need to check in at a JetBlue ticket counter:
  • Traveling with a pet
